Return and Refund Policy
All products are that we ship are tested by professionals to ensure the best quality.
- Our policy lasts 3 days. If more than 3 days have gone by since you receive the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange or if applicable please refer to the product warranty.
- Return of item due to change of mind is not acceptable.
- To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the same original packaging.
- A proof of purchase must be presented before returning the item and a photo or video of the item must be sent to us for confirmation. Please send it directly to our Facebook page.
- Shipping fee is covered by the buyer if the return/exchange is a mistake from the buyer. We will only cover the shipping fee if it is our fault like wrong item/color/size, etc.
- Refund due to change of mind is not acceptable.
- For damage items during in transit, you need to report within 48 hours since the date of receive and send evidence such us photos and videos. Please send it directly to our Facebook page.
- For defective items while in use, please refer to the warranty. Please take note, normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage causes by impacts or accidents due to your wrong use or negligence are not cover in warranty.
- We only refund with the amount purchase. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
- Once the refund/return/exchange confirmed, please ship the item back to us (if applicable). The refund/return/exchange is subject for approval and investigation by our team. Please wait for the confirmation via SMS text message or chat on Facebook, we will notify if the refund/return/exchange if it is rejected or approved.
- Refund/exchange will be processed 2-5 days working days since we receive the return item. If the item is for refund and no need to ship back, refund will be processed 2-5 working days.
